Unfortunate placement or ambush marketing

An ad of airlines on official website of indianrailways, nothing wrong with that until you read what it says-"Forget about Long Train Journeys Fly Spicejet"

Definitely ambush marketing! I read Ambush Marketing Toolkit by Kim Skildum-Reid and learned a great deal about how ambushing works. It was neutral on the moral aspects of ambushing but gave a good argument for it being an important part of sponsorship. It happens more than we notice!
